LBT Kids and AWANA are designed to teach kids about Jesus on their level in a safe and fun environment. Each week babies through 5th grade kids are taught the Bible in a creative, age-appropriate way while building relationships with adult volunteers and peers.
You can serve as part of the Kids team as little as once a month or every week to provide consistency for kids that live inconsistent lives.
Student Ministry is not summed up in just one kind of student or one topic of life. It's just as much about excitement and relationships as it is about being a disciple of Christ. So it is important for us to create an environment that is equally exciting, relational, and Bible-based.
You can help us create that environment and invest into 6th-12th grade students on a weekly basis, Sundays at 10:00 AM and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
First Impressions Team
Volunteers in the First Impressions Team specialize in hospitality and helping people belong at Lima Baptist Temple. From the moment someone enters our parking lot until the time they leave, the First Impressions Team makes people feel welcomed.
There are opportunities to serve before, during, and after Sunday Services as well as opportunities throughout the week.
Worship Ministry
Worship at Lima Baptist Temple is more than music, more than brief moments together in a service. Worship at LBT is a lifestyle that is lived out in spirit and truth with every opportunity presented.

Tech Team volunteers help deliver an excellent, distraction-free service environment. If you’re creative, intuitive, hard-working, and have a passion for visual excellence and details, working behind the scenes with the Tech Team might be your next step. There are spots to volunteer in services and beyond into the week.
Filling the Gap by providing needs that may not be available through other resources.
Help us fill the GAP for those in need of personal care items such as; Laundry Products, Cleaning Products, Toiletries, Soaps, and more!
You can sign-up as a volunteer to help facilitate this ministry once a month.
