We know that Student Ministry is not summed up in just one kind of student or one topic of life. It's just as much about Excitement and Relationships as it is about being a disciple of Christ. So it is important for us to create an environment that is equally Exciting, Relational, and Bible-based.
We do this by providing weekly meetings, monthly events, mentoring, and many other things for students to be involved in. Parents, we want to help you win, anyway we can; so make sure you let us know how.

Summer Tour 2026
LBT Students Summer Tour is BACK for 2026! After an incredible summer last year, we’re once again taking midweek out of the chapel and onto the road from June through August! That’s right — all summer long, we’re meeting off-site at different locations for nights that are packed with energy, connection, and purpose... because Midweek just hits different in the summer! Our summer tour will run from 6:00-9:00 PM, with transportation from LBT available. Vans will leave at 5:30 PM and return at 9:30 PM.

Join us Sunday morning for a delicious Pancake Breakfast! We will enjoy some awesome food together as we officially welcome incoming 7th Graders to LBT Students! Did we mention we’ll have bacon?? Don’t miss out on this great time together during Sunday Morning Groups! We promise you won’t leave hungry!

The Launch Party
Join us Sunday Night as we welcome you, incoming 7th Graders, to LBT Students! We are hosting a launch party like no other!
We’ll have some epic competition battles, meet some of our awesome LBT Students AND meet our out of this world Student Leadership Team!

Puerto Rico Missions Trip
LBT Students, we are heading to Puerto Rico in 2026! This trip is an amazing opportunity to serve others, grow in your faith, and be part of what God is doing through a local church and pastor.
It will feel like an overseas mission's experience—but with enough familiarity that you won’t feel too far from home. Whether it’s your first missions trip or your fifth, this is a great next step in being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Summer Retreat - No Other Name
This August, LBT Students will be holding a 2 Day Summer Retreat! Instead of going away somewhere for our retreat, this year we are staying home...but serving and growing here in the Lima community! Friday, August 14 - Saturday, August 15, from 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM, We will meet each day for a quick debrief of the morning, eat a grab and go breakfast and then head out for the day to work on service projects in our area! Some places include service at Our Daily Bread, yard work, visiting shut-ins and more. We will have lunch available in the afternoon and dinner together as a group in the evening. Included in our evening activities will be a time of worship and studying God’s Word!
